The police are only looking into the incident as a regular car crash, says the D.C. Police Department.

On Saturday night, a car was going too fast and crashed into a gate outside the White House complex around 10:30 p.m. The Secret Service said this. When officers got there, they found a man in the car. They tried to help him, but he died at the scene. No one else got hurt.
