Jury Spares Catholic Charities from Damages in Boy’s Death
In Cleveland, Ohio, a jury decided on Thursday that Catholic Charities won’t have to pay extra money for the death of a 4-year-old boy. His body was found buried in his home’s backyard while his mother was getting help from the agency.

The jury decided that Catholic- Charities won’t have to pay any extra money on top of the $960,000 they were already ordered to pay for the death of Jordan Rodriguez in 2017.
