According to Mediazona, a news source in Russia, they’ve been keeping track of both Zelenskyy and Poroshenko since at least late February.

Russia has made a list of people they’re unhappy with. It includes government officials from Estonia and Lithuania, along with the prosecutor from the International Criminal Court who wanted to charge Russian President Putin with war crimes. They’ve also accused Ukraine’s military intelligence chief of doing “terrorist” things, like ordering drone attacks on Russian buildings.
