Rebel Wilson Shares Her Virginity at 35
In her new memoir, Rebel Wilson shared everything, even revealing the name of the actor she had her first time with when she was 35 years old.
In her memoir “Rebel Rising,” which came out on April 2nd, Wilson, who is 44 years old, shared that she had her first intimate experience with someone named Mickey, also known as Mickey Gooch Jr. They were linked to romance rumors back in 2015.
“Micks, if you’re reading this, I want you to know something: I lost my virginity to you,” Wilson confessed in her revealing story.
The actress said they dated for six months and met through her friend from Pitch Perfect, Hana Mae Lee.
She remembered Gooch coming into her life after she found out her mother had cancer and realized that “life is short.”
“I wanted to try sex and love in my life. So, I decided I was ready. I felt scared, but I decided to go for it anyway.”

The comedian remembered using a vibrator and watching some porn movies to prepare for a special moment. She said it happened when she was staying at a hotel while filming How to Be Single.
“I remember the moment it happened,” she said. “I had sex for the first time. Suddenly, I felt those wonderful chemicals in my body, making me feel connected to him. Even though I was at my heaviest weight, he still found me attractive. It felt incredible.”
Wilson felt loved and desired by Gooch, but she understood that their relationship wouldn’t succeed after their first major trip together.
In an interview with The New York Times on Wednesday, Wilson said that Gooch was the first person to read her memoir. She told fans that he knows she lost her virginity to him.
Wilson explained in an interview with PEOPLE that she decided to share her story in her memoir because she wanted to show young people that it’s okay if they don’t have sex as teenagers.
“You can take your time until you feel ready or a bit older. That’s okay. You don’t have to wait as long as I did, but there’s no rush when you’re young,” she explained.
