Kristen Stewart has responded to people who didn’t like her latest Rolling Stone magazine cover. It caused a lot of talk when it came out.

CBS Asked to Omit Kristen Stewart Rolling Stone Cover on “The Late Show”

During her appearance on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”, Stewart was prompted to discuss the controversy surrounding her magazine cover, in which she placed her hand inside her jockstrap. Colbert discussed the topic, saying that CBS had objections to featuring the cover on his show. He asked Stewart for information about why the cover had attracted so much negative attention.

“Before unveiling this cover, I want to make it clear that I find it quite cute. However, I must point out that CBS requested us not to reveal it, believing it not to be a good idea. To be honest. So, I fail to understand their logic. “But look, here it is,” he said, showing the cover to the audience.

“I have to say, you wear that jockstrap better than me,” Colbert commented, before prompting the actor to share his thoughts on the criticism directed at the image.

Stewart highlighted a social paradox: “It’s somewhat ironic because I’ve seen a lot of male pubic hair displayed on magazine covers. There’s a prevalent theme of arms in pants and open-button shirts… It seems “That male sexuality is clearly being accepted in a way that women’s are not, which can be disappointing to those who hold sexist and homophobic views.”

Colbert commented, “I’ve seen covers of Rolling Stone or Sports Illustrated that are far more revealing.” In response, Stewart commented, “It’s not even close to being clear.”

Colbert continued, “I believe it contradicts societal norms regarding female sexuality even more than the portrayal you are presenting.”

Stewart said, “People often think women’s sexuality is just about being wanted, not about what they really want.” It’s like an intrusive expectation that can be quite frustrating. But that’s bullshit. Is.”

Stewart appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone just before the start of her romantic thriller film “Love Lies Bleeding”, which premiered on March 8.
