Leaked Apple roadmap reveals possible launch dates
Apple is releasing a lot of new devices in the next few years. We’ve been buzzing with rumours about the iPhone SE 4, the foldable iPhone, and Apple’s AR glasses. Now, a leaked roadmap is shedding light on when we might finally get our hands on these gadgets.
A financial company called Samsung Securities supposedly leaked a document about Apple’s upcoming products. This leak came from a tech insider named @Tech_Reve, who shared it on a tech news website [Via Wccftech]. The document gives a glimpse of what Apple might release in the next few years, all the way up to 2027.
Augmented reality glasses are expected to hit the market in 2027. Lately, there hasn’t been much news about their specifications, as the spotlight has been on the Apple Vision Pro for AR and VR technology. It appears that a more affordable version of the Vision Pro will be released in 2026.
In 2027, a foldable 20-inch iPad is expected to be released, while a foldable 8-inch iPhone is anticipated to come out a year earlier. This contrasts with earlier rumours suggesting the foldable iPad would debut first. However, since a foldable iPhone would essentially be the size of an iPad mini, there might be some confusion about which product is being referred to.

In 2026, there’s talk of finally seeing the much-discussed OLED MacBook. Looking ahead to next year, there’s a buzz about the iPhone SE 4. This lines up with a rumour from last month suggesting it might launch early in 2025. The rumour also hints at a fresh design and an OLED screen for the mid-range device.
Leaked Apple Roadmap for iPads
It seems like we’re getting two new iPads later this year: an 11-inch iPad Pro and a 12.9-inch iPad Pro. Both will have OLED screens, which should make for some pretty sharp displays. Most sources are saying these tablets will likely launch in 2024, and they could be here very soon. If you’re eyeing the 11-inch version, you might want to be quick to place your order once they’re available.
