Veera is India’s first browser made for mobile phones. It has everything that desktop browsers offer, and even more, but it’s designed to work best on mobile devices.

Veera Browser Reaches 1 Million Users

Veera, a browser made in India for mobile phones, has reached an important achievement of one million users.

In September 2023, Veera started its beta version. In the following months, they added lots of new stuff, like a cricket widget, cricket adda, Veera games, privacy features, and ad block.

After that, in February of this year, it introduced a new feature: a rewards system based on how much users engage with the platform. Since then, it has gone from having 100,000 users to reaching one million users in a little over two months.

Veera is India’s first browser made just for mobile phones. It has all the features of regular computer browsers, and even more, but it’s designed to work really well on smartphones. Veera wants to make sure that India’s huge number of smartphone users can browse the internet quickly, safely, and privately.

Reaching 1 million users rapidly showcases the trust and backing our users place in us. It’s a significant milestone for us right now, yet it marks just the start of our journey our goal to change the internet experience for over 1 billion Indians,” explained Arjun Ghose, the Founder & CEO of Veera.

Ghose mentioned that we’ll continue improving our product by introducing new features and tools, ensuring people can freely enjoy the internet.

Moving forward, Vera plans to make browsing even better by introducing new features. These changes will bring innovation and make the user experience even better. Vera aims to shape the future of mobile internet browsing in India and beyond.

To celebrate reaching one million users, Vera plans to launch a contest. The lucky winner will receive a prize of one million Vera points, worth Rs 10,000. This prize is open to users who already have the app or those who download it by April 30th.
